How do we book a Duet for two?
One of you can book both places, or you can each book your own.

Add your friend's contact details. That holds both places.

Pay by card for both
The person booking pays £35 each, so £70 in total. If you would rather pay separately, each of you books your own place.
How places work
How do Duet places work?
- Duet is priced per person. Each person pays for, or uses a credit for, their own place.
- One person can reserve both places using the partner's contact details, and pay by card for both. Class Packs and Memberships cannot cover the second place.
- If only one place is booked, the second place stays open to anyone.
- Cancelling affects only your own place, and the 24-hour rule applies to each place.

How much is Duet Pilates in Rustington?
Duet Pilates 2:1 at Sépilates is £35 per person for a 50-minute private session, instead of £55 for a Private 1:1. A Class Pack of 5 is £165 per person, and Memberships are £125 or £230 a month per person.
How do two of us book the same Duet session?
One of you books the Duet session and switches on "reserve additional spot", adding your friend's contact details. That holds both places, and the person booking pays by card for both (£35 each). If only one place is booked, the second place stays open and anyone can book it.
Can we use our Class Packs or Memberships for a Duet?
Each person pays for, or uses a credit for, their own place. Class Packs and Memberships cannot pay for the second place, so if you each want to use your own pack or membership, book your own places.
What happens if one of us cannot come?
Let Sepideh know as early as possible and she will try to find someone to take the place so the session can go ahead. If the place cannot be filled, the session may need to be cancelled, and if it happens repeatedly the session may change to a Private 1:1. Sepideh will always confirm with you before anything changes.
Can my partner and I do Duet if we have different experience?
Yes, each of you gets personal attention from Sepideh. If you are not sure whether Duet suits you both, send her a WhatsApp message before you book.
How long is a Duet session?
Each appointment is a 60-minute slot: 50 minutes of Pilates teaching plus up to 10 minutes for arrival, a brief check-in, transitions and departure.
How long will it take to feel a difference?
It depends on where you are starting from and what you want to change, and Sepideh can advise you after your first session. A good way to find out is the £30 first session, then the 3-session Starter Bundle (£135, used within 6 weeks), before you choose a Class Pack or a monthly Membership.
