Bodyweight exercises for strength, control and mobility, taught one to one so you learn them properly.

In short. Mat Pilates uses your own bodyweight to strengthen, lengthen and reconnect with your body, with a focus on control, mobility, stability and quality of movement. At Sépilates it is taught one to one in Rustington. There is no separate Mat booking: book a Private 1:1 or Duet 2:1 session and email Sepideh first to focus entirely on the Mat.
Most people come with one of these on their mind. Here is how Mat Pilates helps with each.
